Change of mind
In the rare event the product is not suitable you are welcome to reach out to us to arrange an exchange, store credit or refund. We will provide you a return address so the item can be returned at your cost to be inspected and condition verified. We only accept returns on unused products in as original packaging in saleable condition. Refunds will be processed with a restocking fee of 20% to cover handling costs.
Item arrived damaged
Should your appliance be damaged and this is noticed prior to accepting delivery you can reject the delivery and we will arrange a replacement to be dispatched. If you notice the item has been damaged after accepting delivery please reach out to our customer service team. At any stage please just get in contact with us and we will be happy to assist process your claim. We are available via phone or chat or email.
Warranty and faulty products
All our products are backed by their respective manufacturers warranty and of course, nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. If you are a “consumer” under the ACL, the following notice applies to you:
“Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (“Consumer Guarantees”). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
